Drug dicovery using the robot screening system

   The protein named tau has been shown to play a role on the neurotoxicity in the AD brain, when it is getting aggregated. We are using a robotic high throughput screening system for PET probe which is detecting the tau aggregation. (PET; positron emission tomography)
   TDO, IDO and tau protein crystallization is performing to analyse the inhibitory pocket for novel drug discovery. (TDO; tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase, IDO; indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase)
