Hip joint disorders may cause pain and gait disturbance, thus requiring specific treatment. Currently, Dr. Matsui, a joint surgery specialist, is in charge of the Hip Joint Clinic every Thursday in the Orthopedics outpatient services. Patients with severe hip joint disorders due to osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis receive treatment centered on implant arthroplasty.
